Water Treatment Plant
If testing or other information identifies problems with the quality of our drinking water, we put our Emergency Action Plan in place.
The plan sets out how we respond to, and manage, water quality incidents. This includes consulting with NSW Health.
We'll always notify you if there's a health issue relating to your drinking water.

If an incident is identified or reported, we enact our Incidence Response Management Plan and System Failure Procedures.
